To obtain a technical passport and register property rights:

Required documents:

    Passport and Identification Code
  • 2
    Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of Property Rights
  • 3
    Additional agreements to the contract
  • 4
    Act of transfer and acceptance
 

If represented by an authorized person – all the above documents plus:

  • 5
    Power of attorney (notarized copy)
  • 6
    Passport and Identification Code of the authorized person
