    Interior wall finishing: without finishing, except in common areas

    Heating system: boiler room equipped with Viessmann boilers, internal pipe distribution system, Vonova heating devices (manufactured by Vogel & Noot, Austria) installed in the apartment, Danfoss temperature control equipment.
    Windows: uPVC Rehau (Austria) profiles with Roto hardware and energy-efficient double-glazing units.

    INTERNAL ENGINEERING SYSTEMS
    Electricity supply:connections to apartments, with installation of meters and circuit breakers in the floor distribution panels.
    Water supply: cold and hot water risers with installed meters.


  • An underground parking facility is located beneath the complex.
    Each section of the building is equipped with three elevators (two passenger and one freight/passenger) manufactured by OTIS.
