    ENGINEERING SYSTEMS
    Project type: monolithic-frame
    Foundation: pile
    Material of exterior and interior walls: aerated concrete and ceramic bricks
    Floor slabs: monolithic reinforced concrete
    Roof: combined (soft roofing with metal tiles)
    Flooring: screed, except in bathrooms
    External facade finish: ceramic facing bricks
    Interior wall finishing: without finishing, except in common areas
    Ceiling height (m): 2.7 m
    Heating system:  boiler house equipped with Viessmann boilers; in-apartment heating distribution using cross-linked polypropylene pipes by Rehau; heating radiators by Vonova (Vogel & Noot, Austria); thermostatic equipment by Danfoss.
    Windows:  uPVC Rehau (Austria) profiles with Roto hardware and energy-efficient double-glazing units.

    INTERNAL ENGINEERING SYSTEMS
    Electricity supply: connections to apartments, with installation of meters and circuit breakers in the floor distribution panels.
    Water supply: cold and hot water risers with installed meters.

    Each building section has two elevators (one passenger and one freight-passenger) manufactured by OTIS Ukraine.
