  • Frantsuzkyi Boulevard is a resort area of the city, where acacia trees and fresh sea air create an atmosphere of peace and relaxation, reminiscent of old Odesa.
  • The abundance of holiday homes and sanatoriums along the coastline speaks to the excellent environmental quality of this district. In this cozy area stands the new residential complex “Frantsuzkyi Boulevard”.
  • The complex consists of eight sections, six of which have already been completed and commissioned, while two more are scheduled for commissioning in the near future.
  • Each building has 23 floors and is a modern business-class residential building.
  • All buildings share a unified architectural and design style.

    • A group of 23-storey monolithic-frame residential buildings with parking. The complex is located in a prestigious district of the city, near Frantsuzkyi Boulevard and Shampans'ky provulok.

      Project type: monolithic-frame
      Foundation: pile
      Material of exterior and interior walls: aerated concrete and ceramic bricks
      Floor slabs: monolithic reinforced concrete
      Roof: combined (soft roofing with metal tiles)
      Flooring: screed, except in bathrooms
      External facade finish: ceramic facing bricks
      Interior wall finishing: without finishing, except common areas
      Ceiling height (m): 3 m
      Heating system:  boiler house equipped with Viessmann boilers; in-apartment distribution using Rehau cross-linked polypropylene pipes; Vonova (Vogel & Noot, Austria) radiators installed; Danfoss thermostatic control equipment.
      Windows: uPVC Rehau (Austria) profiles with Roto hardware and energy-efficient double-glazing units.

      INTERNAL ENGINEERING SYSTEMS
      Electricity supply: connections to apartments, with installation of meters and circuit breakers in the floor distribution panels.
      Water supply: cold and hot water risers with installed meters.
      Sewerage: soundproof waste pipes.
