Stikon undertakes to comply with the policy of non-disclosure when processing information received from the Suppliers, namely:

• information that contains commercial information;
• personal data of the Supplier.

The supplier, in turn, undertakes to comply with the policy of non-disclosure of the received data from Stikon, namely:

• blueprints;
• know-how;
• calculations;
• costing, interface specifications;
• research;
• ideas;
• software;
• customer names;
• trade secrets and other materials that are disclosed or communicated to the Supplier and contain or are based in whole or in part on such information;
• any other information marked as "Confidential Information".

Confidential information can be provided in written, oral, electronic or other form.

The Supplier, in turn, provides a Guarantee Letter on the non-disclosure of "Confidential Information" and undertakes to pay financial penalties to Stikon in case of leakage of "Confidential Information".
