Construction company STIKON ranked 13th in Ukraine according to the rating published by ЛУН, which identified developers with the highest number of apartments delivered during the full-scale invasion. Over this period, the company completed 2,663 apartments, making it the second-best result in Odesa.

Despite the nationwide slowdown in construction processes, STIKON resumed operations on March 19, 2022 — just three weeks after the invasion began. The decision to continue construction was driven by responsibility toward investors and the team.
