RESTORATION OF THE BUILDING IN THE “LUXEMBURG” RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX AFTER THE MISSILE STRIKE HAS BEEN COMPLETED

On December 29, 2023, as a result of a missile hitting the building, significant structural damage occurred from the 1st to the 6th floor, including damage to 3 columns and 2 shear walls.

The construction company STIKON immediately installed reinforcement structures, after which the restoration of the reinforced concrete frame, floors and shear walls began.

Throughout this time, surveyors monitored the condition of the building to prevent displacement. Once the structures strengthened, temporary supports were removed.

The next stage involved restoring exterior and interior walls. Additionally: plumbing systems, ventilation, electricity, replacement of electrical panels, new power supply connections, installation of a fire protection system, alarms, smoke extraction valves and air pressurization systems.

The damaged elevators were dismantled and replaced with new ones. Windows were replaced. Entrances, common areas and landscaping were restored.

As of August 5, 2025, all major restoration work has been completed and the building is ready to welcome its residents again.
