    Foundation: pile foundation
    Material of exterior and interior walls: aerated concrete and ceramic brick
    Floor slabs: monolithic reinforced concrete
    Roof: flat soft roofing
    Flooring: cement screed, except in bathrooms
    Exterior façade finishing: cladding with ceramic brick
    Interior wall finishing: without finishing, except in common areas
    Ceiling height (m): 2.7 m
    Heating system:  the boiler house is equipped with Viessmann boilers; in-apartment heating distribution is made using metal-plastic pipes by HERZ (Austria), with installation of heating radiators by Vonova (Vogel & Noot, Austria) and HERZ thermostatic equipment.
    Windows:  metal-plastic windows made of Rehau (Austria) profiles, Roto hardware.

    INTERNAL ENGINEERING NETWORKS
    Electricity supply: entry into apartments, installation of meters and circuit breakers in floor electrical panels.
    Water supply: cold and hot water risers with installed meters.

    After the completion of construction and installation works, the surrounding area is landscaped (children’s playground, recreation zone).
    Each section of the building is equipped with two elevators (one passenger elevator and one freight/passenger elevator).
