The “Romanivskyi” Residential Complex is located just 10 minutes from the city center by car, in a quiet yet rapidly developing district near a park.
Convenient transport access and well-developed infrastructure are available nearby — including a market, two large supermarkets, and a kindergarten.
The complex consists of eight sections of varying heights.

ENGINEERING SYSTEMS

Material of exterior and interior walls: aerated concrete and ceramic bricks
Floor slabs: monolithic reinforced concrete
Roof: flat soft roofing
Flooring: screed, except in bathrooms
External facade finish: ceramic facing bricks
Interior wall finishing: without finishing, except in common areas

Heating system: the boiler house is equipped with Viessmann boilers; in-apartment heating distribution is made using metal-plastic pipes by HERZ (Austria), with installation of heating radiators by Vonova (Vogel & Noot, Austria) and HERZ thermostatic equipment.
Windows: uPVC Rehau (Austria) profiles with Roto hardware.

INTERNAL ENGINEERING SYSTEMS
Electricity supply: connections to apartments, with installation of meters and circuit breakers in the floor distribution panels.
Water supply: cold and hot water risers with installed meters.

Once construction is completed, the site will be fully landscaped, including a children's playground and a relaxation area.
Each section of the building is equipped with two elevators (one passenger elevator and one freight/passenger elevator).
