  • The residential complex “Luxembourg” is located in the historical part of the city, at the intersection of Kosvenna (former Skisna) and Serednia Streets.
  • The convenient location allows residents to reach the Starokinnyi Market, the food market, and the bus station within a few minutes. Closer to Mykhailivska Square, there is a cozy park where children love spending time.
  • A large supermarket is located inside the building, allowing residents to shop and receive essential services without leaving the house.

  • A group of 16-storey residential buildings with office and retail premises and an underground parking facility, located at Kosvenna Street, corner of Serednia Street, Odesa.

    Material of exterior and interior walls: aerated concrete blocks and ceramic bricks
    Floor slabs: monolithic reinforced concrete
    Roof: flat combined
    Flooring: screed, except in bathrooms
    External facade finish: ceramic facing bricks
    Interior wall finishing: without finishing, except in common-use areas
    Ceiling height (m): 2.7 m
    Heating system: the boiler house is equipped with Viessmann boilers; in-apartment heating distribution is made with Rehau metal-plastic pipes, apartments are equipped with heating radiators by Vonova (Vogel & Noot, Austria) and Danfoss thermostatic equipment
    Windows: uPVC Rehau (Austria) profiles with Roto hardware and energy-efficient double-glazing units

    INTERNAL ENGINEERING SYSTEMS
    Electricity supply: connections to apartments, with installation of meters and circuit breakers in the floor distribution panels
    Water supply: cold and hot water risers with installed meters

    An underground parking facility is located beneath the building complex, and guest parking is arranged on the adjacent territory.
    Each section of the building is equipped with two elevators (one passenger and one freight/passenger) manufactured by OTIS, Ukraine.
