Residential Complex Real Park NOVA
A multi-storey residential complex with underground parking and social and commercial facilities.
Construction start (Real Park): Phase I (sections 2.1–2.5) – Q2 2017
Construction completion:
Phase І (sections 2.1–2.5) — commissioned.
Phase IV (sections 1.4–1.7) — commissioned.
Phase III (sections 1.1–1.3) — commissioned.
Phase II (sections 2.6–2.9) — commissioned.
Phase VII (sections 3.1–3.3) — Q1 2026.
Phase VI (sections 4.1–4.5 - Real Park NOVA) — Q2 2028.

Client: Plant Breeding & Genetics Institute – National Centre of Seed & Cultivar Investigation of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.

- ENGINEERING SYSTEMS
- Project type: monolithic-frame.
- Foundation: pile foundation.
- Wall materials: interior walls — aerated concrete, exterior walls — aerated concrete and monolithic reinforced concrete with mineral wool insulation.
- Floor slabs: monolithic reinforced concrete.
- Roof: combined roof (soft roofing with metal tiles).
- Flooring: screed, except in bathrooms.
- Facade finishing: ceramic facing brick, partially decorative plaster over mineral wool insulation.
- Interior wall finish: unfinished, except common areas.
- Ceiling height (m): 2.7 m.
- Heating system: supplied from an autonomous rooftop boiler room; two-pipe dead-end system with horizontal in-apartment distribution; steel panel radiators with shut-off and control valves.

- INTERNAL ENGINEERING SYSTEMS
- Power supply: connections to apartments, with installation of meters and circuit breakers in the floor distribution panels.
