Residential Complex MODERN

    • A multi-storey residential complex with underground parking and social and commercial facilities.

      Construction start: Phase I (Sections 1.1 – 1.4) – Q1 2019

      Phase II (Sections 2.1 – 2.3) – Q4 2026

      Client: Ministry of Defense of Ukraine
      Location: 40 I. Franko Street (6th Station of Fontan)

      ENGINEERING SYSTEMS
      Structural system: monolithic reinforced concrete frame with vertical diaphragms and stiffening cores
      Foundation: pile foundation
      Roof: flat roof with internal drainage
      Flooring: cement-sand screed except in bathrooms
      Combined exterior façade finishing: ventilated façade with porcelain stoneware panels, clinker-style finishing, and decorative plaster
      External walls: ceramic blocks
      Internal partitions: inter-apartment and in-apartment partitions made of aerated concrete blocks
      Interior finishing of common areas: plastering and final finishing
      Ceiling height (m): 2.70 m
      Windows: Rehau three-chamber profile with energy-efficient double glazing.
      Elevators: each section is equipped with three elevators (two passenger and one freight-passenger)
       

      Engineering utilities (heating, water supply, electrical supply) with metering units are located in separate rooms on each floor outside the apartments.

      Power supply: provided by two independent high-voltage bushings with installation at the central distribution point and transformer substations. Apartment connections use copper-core wiring.
      Water supply: supplied through two inlets via water storage tanks with booster pumps. Pipelines deliver water to individual apartments.
      Heating system: from an autonomous rooftop boiler house. Two-pipe dead-end heating system with horizontal apartment-level distribution. Steel panel radiators with shut-off and regulating valves.
