Social Projects

With respect for the city’s historic character, cultural traditions, and values, we create high-quality living conditions for people. “Stikon” has carried out large-scale demolition of unsafe and dilapidated buildings in the legendary Moldavanka district, relocating residents to new homes. We take pride in constructing the regional shelter for minors “Svitanok,” Children’s City Clinic No. 6, Adult City Clinic No. 6, Educational Complex No. 1, restoring the Regional Hospital, and many other projects.

Our Achievements

“Stikon” is a winner of the competition “Construction Companies — Leaders of the New Ukraine”. In 2007, for significant professional achievements, major contributions to residential, civil, and industrial construction, and for improving construction efficiency, the company was awarded an Honorary Certificate by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In 2019, two “Stikon” complexes became laureates of the international European Property Awards competition.

Production Facilities

Our facilities produce precast reinforced concrete, ready-mix concrete, metal-plastic products, metal structures, and mortar. The production site covers 5 hectares and includes a private railway line capable of receiving up to 400 railcars per month. The mechanization department operates numerous tower and boom cranes, piling equipment, excavators, a fleet of heavy-duty vehicles including concrete mixers, and a maintenance facility.

Design Department

We design projects of any complexity using advanced engineering solutions, innovative technologies, and energy-efficient systems. Every project created by our company is distinguished by attention to detail, originality of concept, and high execution standards. The general design department is equipped with professional software platforms for handling complex design processes.

Sustainable Development

With care for our city and a desire to make Odesa even more beautiful, we restore architectural monuments. “Stikon” carried out unique restoration works on the Vorontsov Lighthouse, strengthened the foundations of the Odesa Opera and Ballet Theatre, and undertook the construction of the Odesa Spaso-Preobrazhenskyi Cathedral. Thousands of residents live in homes built by “Stikon” across the Prymorskyi, Kyivskyi, Suvorovskyi, and Malynovskyi districts of the city. Today, the company’s portfolio includes more than 5 million square meters of completed, ongoing, and investment projects.
